通过理化检验和宏微观检查,分析了脉动真空灭菌器内腔开裂失效的原因。灭菌器在制作过程中的加强筋板的焊接造成了对内腔的残余拉应力,灭菌器工作介质高温蒸汽中含有微量的Cl-。在残余拉应力、高温以及Cl-的共同作用下,引发脉动真空灭菌器内腔表面钝化膜破裂并导致了应力腐蚀开裂。为解决脉动真空灭菌器内腔开裂问题提出了一些可行性建议。
The cause for corrosioninduced failure of inner cavity of pulsation vacuum sterilizer was analyzed through physical and chemical inspection, macroscopical and microscopical examination. The residual stress, which arises from welding of stiffener during manufacturing of the pulsation vacuum sterilizer, damages to the passivation film. There was trace Cl- in high temperature steam. Therefore, the stainless steel of inner cavity will be corroded under the action of both residual stress and Cl-. Some feasible suggestions on preventing the inner cavity of pulsation vacuum sterilizer from cracking were offered.
