利用毛细管流变仪及反向压力腔组件在毛细管出口压力高于常压条件下,对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/尼龙6(PET/PA6)共聚物熔体的流变行为进行了研究.结果表明,在恒定剪切速率下,随着毛细管内平均压力(pm)的增大,剪切黏度逐渐增大,在实验温度为300℃和剪切速率为108 s-1时,剪切黏度从10MPa的130 Pa·s增到大50MPa的215Pa·s;随着剪切速率的增大或温度的升高,pm对剪切黏度的影响均逐渐减小;同时压力系数随着剪切速率的增大和温度的升高而呈下降趋势.
