研究了S含量对高速车轮钢性能和夹杂物的影响.借助扫描电镜(SEM)对车轮钢中MnS,Al2O3等夹杂物进行了观察和统计分析,结果表明:随着S质量分数的增加(0.002%~0.014%),车轮钢的强度基本保持同一水平但冲击韧性先增加后降低,在S质量分数为0.011%时韧性最优.其原因在于S含量的增加可以有效地促进塑性较好的MnS对硬性的Al2O3相的包裹,从而改善钢的韧性;但S含量过度增加则导致MnS量过多,反而对韧性不利.
