用酸性蚀刻废液与氢氧化钠中和制得氧化铜,再与磷酸反应制取磷酸氢铜,用XRD、IR、DTA、SEM等方法对产物进行了表征.结果表明,所得产物为单斜晶系,晶胞参数为:a=0.8575 nm,b=0.6322nm,c=0.6785 nm,β=94.25°.讨论了酸度、温度、时间对铜回收率的影响,以及温度、时间、磷酸浓度对CuHPO4产品质量的影响.结果发现pH在6.5~7.0、反应温度为90℃、时间60min时铜回收率最高,达到99%以上,而用65%~75%的H3PO4在70~80℃反应30 rain时可获得分散性好、晶形好、直径1 μm左右的磷酸氢铜.
