以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,将甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(G04)与丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、对氯甲基苯乙烯(CMS)和丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)[m(G04):m(BA):m(MMA)∶m(CMS)∶ m(HPA) =1.4∶2.5∶4∶3.5∶3]进行溶液聚合,分别用连续和间断滴加法制得了自交联含氟丙烯酸酯树脂.测试了涂膜的疏水性、硬度等性能;探讨了合成方法、烘烤工艺、稀释剂、纳米颗粒对涂膜性能的影响.结果表明:采用间断滴加法制得的树脂疏水性较好;该树脂的最佳成膜温度是150℃,成膜时间为15 min;加入纳米TiO2后,使用含有高沸点溶剂的混合稀释剂,涂膜的表面接触角可达119°.
