介绍了Zn-Al-Mg系合金镀层的发展及日本2家企业开发的2种高耐蚀性合金镀层钢板的性能,分析了添加合金元素对镀层组织的影响以及微观结构对镀层性能的影响,总结出合金镀层具有高耐蚀性的机理,指出了Zn-Al-Mg系高耐蚀热浸镀合金镀层的研究方向。
The development of hot dip Zn-Al-Mg series galvanizing strip in recent years and the properties of high anti-corrosion products produced by two Japanese steelworks are introduced in this paper.The effect of alloy elements on coating structure and the effect of coating microstructure on coating performance are analyzed.The mechanism of high corrosion resistance of alloy coating is summarized.In addition,the research direction of high corrosion resistance of hot dip alloy coating is discussed.
