采用电化学合成方法成功地制备出SrMoO4微晶粉体,并运用XRD、SEM、PL等对样品的矿相组成、结晶形貌和光致发光性能进行了表征.研究了在不同电流和电解液组成条件下产物的形成、结晶尺寸、形貌特征,以及同发光性能之间的关系.结果表明,当电解液中无乙二醇加入时,在2 A恒流条件下,产物的颗粒形貌为球形、粒径比较均匀,具有良好的PL性质.在电解液中加入乙二醇时,SrMoO4颗粒粒径变小,结晶形貌也由球形变成具有较大长径比的梭形.以330 nm的激发波长激发样品,所有样品的发射峰中心位于411 nm.PL发射峰强度取决于SrMoO4微晶的尺寸及长径比.在电解液中加入乙二醇,可有效地改善SrMoO4 微晶的PL性质.
