用自由基溶液聚合法合成了甲基丙烯酰乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)-丙烯酸乙酯(EA)-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油醚(GMA)和DMC-EA-GMA-甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)共聚物,并以此为成膜树脂制备了相应的防污涂料.测试结果表明:随着成膜树脂中DMC用量的增加,涂膜的剪切强度下降,Cu2+渗出率增加;随MMA用量的增加,涂膜的抗拉强度增加,Cu2+渗出率增加.MMA用量为树脂质量10%时,15℃以上的Cu2渗出率明显高于10℃时的Cu2+渗出率,这对防污剂氧化亚铜的温控释放是十分有利的.
