树脂基复合材料导热困难,聚热严重,所以端面摩擦热对其使用性能起到关键作用.文中根据聚醚醚酮(PEEK)复合材料在持续旋转双环摩擦运动作用下端面摩擦热产生的特点,运用有限元方法建立二维轴对称模型,研究复合材料的实时温度场分布,分析端面摩擦热对复合材料摩擦学性能的影响.最后,选取纯PEEK来验证模拟方法的可行性.研究结果表明:模拟得到的最高温度值和实测值误差小于2%,有限元方法可以比较准确地预测树脂基复合材料在连续的摩擦过程中任意时刻任意位置的温度值,可为树脂基复合材料的摩擦学应用及设计提供参考.
