在板坯连铸中,二冷区的喷嘴布置对铸坯的凝固冷却有重要影响.通过建立的三维稳态传热凝固模型对不同喷嘴布置下铸坯的冷却情况进行了模拟分析.通过优化喷嘴布置,消除了铸坯横断面"眼镜形"双热节现象,铸坯凝固情况得到改善.模拟结果与现场情况符合较好,证明了模型的可靠性及实用性.
