采用电磁连铸半连续铸造和轧制工艺方法,利用X线荧光光谱仪、金相显微镜对AZ41M镁合金化学成分、铸态微观组织及板材轧制态、退火态微观组织进行分析以调整工艺参数。结果表明:基本工艺制度为浇注温度700~710℃、磁场频率2.5 kHz、磁场功率0~10 kW、冷却水量1.2 T/h、均匀化退火处理400℃×16 h,空冷、换向轧制;每道次后均改变轧向,每道次压下量为5%。
In order to optimize the process parameters of electromagnetic continuous casting of semi-continuous casting and rolling process,X ray fluorescence spectrometer and metallurgical microscope were used to analyze chemical composition,the microstructures of as-cast,as-rolled and as-annealed magnesium alloy AZ41M. The results show that the basic process parameters are as follows:pouring temperature 700 to 710℃,magnetic field frequency 2.5 kHz,magnetic power 0 to 10 kW, cooling water 1.2 T/h,homogenizing annealing treatment 400℃for 16 h,air-cooling. The rolling direction should be changed after per pass,of which the rolling reduction rate is 5%.
