Study on Preparation and Application of Ceramic Coatings on Surface of Carbon Fibers

综述了在碳纤维表面涂覆陶瓷涂层的方法,分析了各种涂层方法的优缺点,讨论了用化学气相沉积、溶胶-凝胶、液相浸渍、电泳沉积和电解沉积等技术获得氧化物、碳化物、氮化物、碳氮化物及碳氧化物陶瓷涂层的状况,并指出了单一陶瓷涂层存在的问题及可能的解决途径.
