采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)考察了聚苯硫醚(PPS)和PPS/多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)复合材料的等温结晶过程,通过Avrami方程得到等温结晶动力学参数。结果表明,少量(1%)羟基改性多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs-OH)和羧基改性多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs-COOH)的加入不会改变PPS的成核方式,但能提高它的结晶速率。红外光谱(FT-IR)图显示MWCNTs能与PPS形成分子间氢键,使PPS分子链运动能力增强,结晶速度加快。这种影响随着结晶温度的提高而逐渐减弱。
The isothermal crystallization behaviors of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)/multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) composites were investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Isothermal crystallization kinetics parameters were gotten by use of Avrami equation.The results show that MWCNTs don′t change the nucleation model of PPS while the crystallization rate of PPS decreases.The hydrogen bond between PPS and MWCNT was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR).The results show that the action of PPS molercular chain is enhanced and the crystallization rate of PPS is speeded up.With the increase of temperature the influence of hydrogen bond on crystallization rate decreases.
