钻岩工具是由金属牙轮和嵌入其中的不同几何形状的WC-Co硬质合金钻齿所构成.这些钻齿将直接与岩石接触并受到大量的高载荷冲击,同时岩石的复杂性和多变性将使得WC-Co硬质合金钻齿的磨损机理十分复杂.综述了影响耐磨性的因素,以及矿用硬质合金在不同类型岩石间工作时的磨损机理.总的来说,在硬质合金磨损机理中处于主要地位的是:由塑性变形积累和Co粘结相挤出、脱离而引起的个别WC颗粒的断裂、破碎和的移动.
