母排绝缘热收缩管能否在使用过程中长期保持优异的电气和力学性能,与材料的抗老化性能直接相关。以某变电站10 kV和35 kV母排上剥离下来相应运行年限分别为0、1、2、9年和0、4、6年的热缩套管为试样,测试了试样的各项性能,并对该型号热缩套管进行了综合性能评估。结果表明:随着运行年限的增长,两种电压等级的试样的拉伸强度均降低,介电常数和介质损耗增大,交流阻抗变小。长时间的自然老化使热缩套管的绝缘性能大大降低。
It mainly depends on the aging resistance of material whether the heat-shrinkable tube for bus-bar could maintain excellent electrical and mechanical properties during long-term using process. Using the heat-shrinkable tubes peeled from 10 kV and 35 kV switchgear busbar in a substation with the operat-ing period of 0, 1, 2, 9 years and 0, 4, 6 years as samples, their properties were tested, and the compre-hensive properties of the type of heat-shrinkable tube were evaluated. The results show that with the oper-ating period prolonged, the tensile strength of the two samples decreases, the dielectric constant and di-electric loss increase, and the AC impedance decreases. Long-term atmospheric aging make the insulating properties of the heat-shrinkable tube decrease obviously.
