分析了9%Ni钢淬火试样经临界淬火形成Lamellar结构的过程.采用Thermo-Calc/Dictra计算模拟方法,对Lamellar结构与逆转变奥氏体形成的热/动力学过程及加热温度-时间耦合条件、合金成分的分布特征等进行了模拟,模拟结果与实测结果吻合较好.可为材料组织结构的精确控制、实际热处理工艺参数的准确制订及相关成分的优化设计提供重要参考依据.
