简要论述了国内外评定变压器油氧化安定性的试验方法,重点阐述经典的氧化试验法、旋转氧弹(RBOT)试验方法和高压差示量热扫描(PDSC)试验方法的原理,并选择代表性的变压器油样品,对3类试验方法进行了对比研究。结果表明:旋转氧弹法和高压差示量热扫描这两类快速评定方法不适用于变压器油基础油的氧化安定性能的评价。高压差示量热扫描快速评定方法不适合用于评定添加抗氧化剂油样的氧化安定性,而旋转氧弹法的评定结果与经典的氧化试验法的结果一致性略好,可以作为评定的前期辅助方法。

Oxidation stability evaluation methods at home and aboard were discussed briefly, and the prin-ciple of classical evaluation method of oxidation stability and rotating pressure bomb oxidation test method (RBOT) and pressure differential scanning calorimeter test method(PDSC) were elaborated mainly. A com-parative study of the three methods was conducted by using typical transformer oil as samples. The re-sults show that it is not suitable for RBOT and PDSC to evaluate the oxidation stability of transformer base oil. It is not suitable for PDSC to evaluate the oxidation stability of the transformer oil with differ-ent additives. The RBOT evaluation result is consistence to the results of classical evaluation method, which can be used as the auxiliary method for early evaluation.
