以磷酸三丁酯(TBP)和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯(DEHP)为混合稀释剂,2,2-亚甲基-双(4,6-二叔丁基苯酚)磷酸钠(NA-40)为成核剂,采用热致相分离(TIPS)法制备了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)微孔膜,并考察了NA-40含量对PVDF膜结构、泡点压力、最大及平均膜孔径与渗透性能的影响.研究表明,NA-40的加入可抑制成膜过程中大球晶的生长,且随着NA-40含量的增加,膜的最大孔径,平均孔径及纯水通量先减小后增加.当NA-40的质量分数为0.5％时,PVDF膜结构均匀,纯水通量达到1220 L/(m2·h),并具有良好的截留性能.
