在Gleeble-1500型热模拟试验机上对7150铝合金进行不同真应变(0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8)的热压缩试验,通过光学显微镜和透射电镜研究该合金在450℃和10s-1应变速率下的动态组织演变规律.结果表明:真应力随真应变的增加迅速增大,达到峰值后逐渐降低呈现动态软化;随着真应变的增大,原始等轴状晶粒逐渐被拉长,位错缠结形成位错胞和亚晶;变形过程中棒状的T(AlZnMgCu)相和球状弥散相Al3Zr粒子逐渐发生粗化,减弱了其对再结晶的抑制作用.
