简要介绍了高(快)速铁路的发展，分析了高(快)速铁路对钢轨的要求。并在对比、分析了国内外钢轨质量、生产现状的基础上，就攀钢开发时速300 km高速铁路钢轨提出了对策和措施。
The requirements of high speed tracks to rails are discussed and the specification of the rails in high speed tracks is introduced. The state-of-art of rail production at Pangang and at other famous plants is compared, and the way for Pangang to develop rails used in high speed 300 km/h tracks is put forward.
