分别采用含多环氧基的山梨糖醇缩水甘油醚(GE-60)和环氧化间苯二甲胺(GA-240)交联剂对聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液(PUA)进行改性。傅里叶红外光谱分析表明,PUA中的羧基(-COO-)和胺基(-NH2)参与了交联反应。涂膜性能测试表明,GA-240能提高胶膜的硬度和交联密度,改善涂膜的耐水性、耐溶剂性和耐污性,最佳质量比为m(GA-240)∶m(PUA)=0.003;而GE-60能增强涂膜的耐乙醇性和抗冻融性,最佳质量比m(GE-60)∶m(PUA)=0.008;热失重分析发现,GA-240可以提高涂膜的热稳定性。
Polyurethane-acrylate hybrids (PUA) were crosslinked by sorbitol glycidyl ether (GE-60) and tetraglycidyl meta-xylene diamines (GA-240), respectively. The Fourier transform infrared spectra (FT-IR) reveal that the carboxyl and amine groups of PUA reacted with epoxy groups of GE-60 and GA-240 during the drying process of PUA. The properties of PUA film indicate that GA-240 greatly improve water-, solvent- and pollution- resistance properties due to the increase of film' s gel content and hardness, and the optimal mass ratio of GA-240 and PUA [ m (GA-240) : m (PUA) ]is 0. 003; while GE-60 improves the PUA film's adhesion, flexibility and cold crack resistance greatly, in which the corresponding mass ratio of GE-60 and PUA [ m (GE-60) : m (PUA) 1 is 0. 008. The thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) curves determine that both GA-240 can improve the thermal stability of PUA films.
