研究了不同超声条件下所制备的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜的结构和性能.通过傅里叶全反射红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、广角X射线衍射仪等对所制备的PVDF膜结构和形貌进行了表征.结果表明,超声场的加入在保证膜截留率的同时,能够显著提高PVDF膜的通量.超声条件为(100 kHz/300 W)时,膜水通量和玫瑰红水溶液(10 mg/L)通量提高幅度较大,分别提高了46.1%和43.4%,并且截留率仍保持在80.0%左右.超声辅助相转化过程中,PVDF有部分β晶型向α晶型转变.
