用原位加热X射线衍射方法测量了固溶态的Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金在不同温度下的X射线衍射谱,确定不同温度下该合金中存在物相.结果表明:实验合金在145℃以下基本不形成Ag-Mg原子团簇;合金在165~350℃存在Ag-Mg原子团簇,Ag-Mg原子团簇在250~350℃最为明显;合金在400℃时Ag-Mg原子团簇消失.TEM结果表明,165℃时效,合金组织由大量的Ω相和少量的θ'相组成,而在25℃时效,合金组织为Ω相,没有发现θ'相存在.分析表明:高温有助于Ag-Mg原子团簇存在,即高温时效有助于Ω相形核.
The phases in solutioned Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy at different temperature for 10 min were measured by in-situ X-ray diffraction method.The results show that Ag-Mg co-clusters does not form were below 145 ℃ , and Ag-Mg co-clusters in the studied alloy are observed at 165 - 350 ℃.The strong diffraction peak of Ag-Mg co-clustera occurs for the alloy at 250 - 350℃.The diffraction peak of Ag-Mg coclusters disappears at 400 ℃.TEM obsearvation showa that a great amount of Ω-phase and small amount of θ'-phase are observed in the alloy after aging at 165 ℃.After aging at 250 ℃ , the precipitate in the atudied alloy is Ω-phase, and no θ'-phase is precipitated.It is shown that high temperature is favorable to the nucleation of Ω-phase and formation of Ag-Mg co-clusters.
