通过对热镀锌过程带钢边部过镀锌缺陷(EOC)的Fluent仿真,获得了相关工艺参数与带钢上气压的影响关系,并基于带钢上流场分析,提出了EOC产生机理,获得了相应的边部锌层厚度控制工艺对策,使锌层厚度分布更加合理化,有利于带钢边部板形控制,提高了产品实物板形质量。
By Fluent simulation of strip edge over coating (EOC) during hot dip galvanizing, the relationship between technological parameters related and blast pressure on strip was obtained. Based on the analysis of flow field on strip, technological countermeasures of EOC control were also obtained for better thickness distribution of zinc layer strip shape control and quality of product.
