根据所取得的钢的8年大气暴露数据提出一种新型耐候钢—经济耐候钢。“八五”期间,在武钢炼制了这种含磷0.035%,铜0.2%的钢种.除了进行周浸加速腐蚀试验外,还在北京,青岛,武汉,江津,广州,琼海,万宁等典型的试验点进行四年三周期的暴露试验.结果表明,经济耐候钢在七个暴露点的腐蚀率均低于对比用的高效能碳钢,含稀土元素的钢的腐蚀率低于不含稀土元素的钢.在有二氧化硫及氯离子污染的江津,青岛,非耐候钢的腐蚀明显高于耐候钢,在湿热和严重氯离子污染的万宁地区,耐候钢也显示了较好的耐蚀性.周浸加速腐蚀试验表现出更明显的效果.总的来说,经济耐候钢接近Cor-Ten B(12CrMnCu)的耐蚀水平.
Onthe basis of eight year atmospheric exposure data of steels at seven sites in China, a new tyoe of weathering steel-economical weathering steel was developed. The steel,with a composition of phosphorus 0.035% and copper 0.2%, was produced by Wuhan Iron & Steel Company. In addition to cycling immersion accelerating corrosion tests,4year, 3period atmospheric exposure at seven environmental tyoical sites in China including Beijing , Qingdao, Wuhan, Jiangjin, Guangzhou, Qinghai and Wanning, was carried out. Results showed that corrosion resistance of the steel is better than that of commonmild steel at all these seven places. The effect is more notakle at Qingdao, Jiangjin and Wanning, where are characterized with marine salt pollution acid rain pollution aand humid hot plus marine salt pollution respectively.Cycling immersion accelerating corrosion tests showed the new type steel have more obvious advantage over the common mild steel.
