为了适应某工程起落架300M钢零件的加工要求,分析了国内航标、某所所标和型号标准3项无氰镀镉-钛工艺标准的异同和低脆性原理,参照3项标准自行制定了无氰镀镉一钛工艺流程.生产结果表明:根据实际情况灵活采用相应的标准值,可以很好地满足生产要求.
The differences and similarities among three types of processing standards for non-cyanide cadmium-titanium plating, including a domestic aviation standard, a certain institution standard, and a model standard, were analyzed in details. The low-brittleness principle was discussed. Further, a cyanide-free eleetroplating process for Cd-Ti alloy coating was established with reference to the three kinds of standards mentioned above. The application in production indicated that the established cyanide- free eleetreplating process for Cd-Ti alloy coating could be well used by flexibly adopting relevant standards.
