本文详细介绍了基于VisualBasic6.0高级语言和GPIB(GeneralPurposeInterfaceBus)技术,设计完成了可在10K~室温的范围内对超导薄膜材料的临界温度和临界电流测量系统,并通过对二硼化镁超导薄膜的测量结果表明本系统运行稳定,操作简便,具有一定的实用性和推广价值.
In this paper we present a test system for superconductor based on General Purpose Interface Bus (OPIB)oteehnology and Visual Basic6.0 senior language. The system measures critical current critical temperature of superconducting thin films with measuring range from 10 K to the room temperature. The experiment results tested by the measurement of MgB2 superconducting thin films indicated that the system runs stably and can be used conveniently. The technology and methods in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
