采用动电位极化法、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和失莺法研究了3-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑(3-AMT)在除盐水中对铜腐蚀行为的影响和吸附规律.结果表明,缓蚀效率随着浓度的上升而增大,当缓蚀剂浓度大于4×10~(-5)mol/L时,3-AMT对铜具有较好的缓蚀性能,是一种混合型缓蚀剂.吸附过程为放热反应,属化学吸附,服从Lang-muir吸附等温式,并计算出其热力学参数.
Potentiodynamic polarization,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and weight-loss measurement were applied to study copper corrosion behavior in the absence and presence of different concentrations of 3-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole(3-AMT)under various experimental conditions.Re-suits showed that the inhibition efficiency increases with increasing the inhibitor concentration.The degree of surface coverage of the adsorbed inhibitor is determined by ac impedance technique and it was found that the results obey the Langmuir isotherm.The thermodynamic parameters of inhibitor adsorption were calculated.
