以Bi(NO3)3·5H2O,Fe(NO3)3·9H2O为原料,柠檬酸为螯合剂,用液相自组装法,在ITO玻璃基片上制备了纯相BiFeO3薄膜.研究了前驱液中Fe3+/Bi3+摩尔比对BiFeO3薄膜的影响.利用XRD,EDS,XPS,FE-SEM和FT-IR等测试手段对BiFeO3薄膜进行了表征.结果表明,由于柠檬酸对Fe3+的掩蔽作用,使得Bi3+络合物比Fe3+络合物沉积速率大,导致薄膜出现Bi2O3和Bi2O2.33相,随着Fe3+/Bi3+摩尔比增加到2.6时,制备了纯相BiFeO3薄膜;薄膜表面平整致密,颗粒均匀,生长完好,薄膜厚度约为275nm;BiFeO3薄膜中Fe原子的氧化态是Fe3+;Bi3+和Fe3+的络合物以不同的速率被-OH诱导吸附到ITO玻璃基片上,形成牢固的化学键结合,退火处理后形成晶态BiFeO3薄膜.
