注凝成型是一种近净尺寸陶瓷成型技术,为制备高性能复杂形状的陶瓷制品提供了一条有效的技术途径.对陶瓷水基注凝成型技术中的悬浮体的制备、凝胶体系的选择、悬浮体的真空处理和固化、坯体和烧结体的性能特点等方面的研究进行了综述,并简要介绍了该技术的国内外应用情况,同时展望了该技术的发展趋势.
