在实验室制备了非调质钢B12Mn2VB，检验了该钢的组织及力学性能，研究了该钢的切削加工性能，在THERMECMASTERZ热模拟试验机上测定了该钢的连续冷却转变曲线。结果表明，该钢的综合力学性能比调质40Cr钢好，切削加工性能比45钢优越。
Nonquenched and tempered steel B12Mn2VB was manufactured in laboratory. The microstructure and mechanical properties were determined, the machinability was researched, and the continuous cooling process were simulated on THERMECMASTERZ thermomechanical simulator. The results indicate that the mechanical properties are better than those of quenched and tempered steel 40Cr, and the machinability is much better than that of 45 steel.
