通过球磨与低压烧结方法,制备了超细晶WC-1OCo合金.采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和断裂韧性测试,研究了LaB6掺杂对超细晶WC-1OCo合金的组织与断裂韧性影响.结果表明,掺杂微量LaB6,能明显提高烧结体合金的致密度,减少合金中WC晶粒的异常长大及烧结过程中C03W3C相的形成,合金的断裂韧性最终得以提高.1450℃烧结后,掺杂1% LaB6合金的断裂韧性从7.3 MPa·m1/2提高到12.3 MPa·m1/2.
