作为一种用于中温烟气脱硫的新型轻质吸收剂,由于添加了生物质,其抗磨耗能力显著提高。研究表明,这与吸收剂制备过程中出现的化合物水合硅酸钙有密切关系。但不同吸收剂的抗磨耗能力有较大差异,共至相差6~7倍之多。为了弄清导致这种差异的机理,论文通过研究吸收剂颗粒的微观形貌、成分、生物质灰成分及元素含量,发现抗磨耗能力高是微粒结合部位的Si02含量高,CaO低,以及C元素含世低所致,由此获得了与这些成分相关的经验关系式。

As a new and light sorbent for flue gas desulfurization under moderate temperature, its anti-attrition ability was significantly improved due to the addition of biomass. Research indicates it is related closely to calcium silicate hydrate that formed during the sorbent preparation. However, the anti-attrition ability of different sorbent has obvious difference, even a difference of 6 to 7 times. By studying the sorbent particles' morphology, composition, the biomass ash composition and elements to make clear of the difference's mechanism, it is found that high anti-attrition ability is due to high SiO2 and low CaO content of particulate binding sites and lower content of C element, with which the experience relationship of these components was gained.
