对莱钢特钢厂合金钢连铸凝固末端位置进行测定，在连铸机上进行了GCr15、20CrMnTi、 42CrMo、22CrMo四个钢种的射钉试验，根据凝固理论完成了试验计算和分析，较为系统和准确地测定出特钢合金钢连铸机二冷区凝固坯壳厚度及凝固终点位置。为确定末端电磁搅拌位置、二冷制度的优化提供可靠的依据。
Abstract：in order to mensuration alloy steel continuous casting frozen terminal position at laigang special steel factory ,shot mail test was taken for GCr15、20CrMnTi、 42CrMo、22CrMo four type of steel at continuous casting,according to freezing theory calculate and analyses test ,we mensurated frozen billet steel thinkness in secondary cooling system and frozen final position of alloy steel continuous casting .These results offered reliable basis for terminal electromagnetic agitation position confirmation and secondary cooling system improvement.
