目前,还未见在非钢铁材料表面制备FeS固体润滑层的报道.利用可移动网状活性屏辅助低温离子渗硫技术,在铝合金表面制备了具有固体润滑性能的渗硫层,研究了工作气压对渗硫层的影响,并通过XRD和SEM分析了渗硫层的成分、结构和形貌.结果表明:随着工作气压的逐渐增大,铝合金表面形成的活性屏离子渗硫层越厚;当工作气压为180 Pa时,铝合金表面能形成灰黑色的、均匀覆盖的、由FeS相与FeS2相组成的活性屏离子渗硫层.
