通过取向硅钢脱碳退火的实验室研究,比较了炉内气氛、退火时间、水温对不同初始碳含量的取向硅钢脱碳效果的影响,结果表明:控制气氛中合理的PH_2O/PH_2比,适当延长退火时间,保持一定的水温,有助于改善最终的脱碳效果;初始碳含量为0.036%的取向硅钢,试验退火条件下均可获得良好的脱碳效果.初始碳含量为0.051%的取向硅钢,较优脱碳退火方案为:炉温825℃、气氛30%H_2+70%N_2(体积分数)、时间7 min、水温60℃.

Through the experimental research on decarburizing annealing of grain oriented silicon steel,the influ ence of atmosphere,holding time and water temperature on decarburizing action of grain oriented silicon steels with different initial C content is analysised.The results show that controlling appropriate PH_2O/PH_2 ratio in the shielding gas atmosphere or extending the holding time properly is good for decarbonization.Grain oriented silicon steel with 0.036%initial C content can get good results under different conditions.As for steel with 0.051%initial C content,the best scheme for decarburizing annealing is:825℃for furnace temperature,30%H_2+70%N_2 for at mosphere,7 min for holding time and 60℃ for water temperature.
