为优化铁镍铬耐蚀合金Incoloy 800H的热加工生产工艺,在MMS-300热力模拟试验机上对其进行双道次热压缩实验,绘制出不同变形条件下的双道次流变应力曲线,研究了变形温度、变形程度、应变速率与初始奥氏体晶粒尺寸等参数对其静态软化行为的影响.利用EBSD及TEM技术分析了道次间隔时间内亚结构变化规律,建立了合金静态再结晶动力学模型.结果表明:变形温度对静态再结晶速率的影响最为明显;当变形温度低于950℃时,沿晶界析出Cr23C6对大角度晶界产生钉扎作用,抑制了静态再结晶的发生,静态软化机制以回复作用为主;当变形温度高于950℃时,析出物逐渐溶解,钉扎作用随之减弱,发生了静态再结晶;建立的静态再结晶动力学模型在预测静态再结晶体积分数方面具有较高精度.
