以YAG为烧结助剂,引入h-BN,采用无压烧结制备出SiC-YAG-BN复相陶瓷,采用XRD,SEM等测试技术分析h-BN的引入对复相陶瓷的致密程度、物相组成、断面形貌的影响.结果表明,随着h-BN的引入,复相陶瓷致密性明显降低,气孔率增加.烧结助剂'YAG对h-BN的浸润性差,导致h-BN与YAG和SiC之间弱结合,片状h-BN结构形成支架结构,阻碍复相陶瓷收缩致密,但是能产生裂纹偏转、裂纹消耗及微裂纹等增韧机制.
