基于Lagoudas唯象本构关系模型,利用ABAQUS软件二次开发功能,编写出可用于描述形状记忆合金(SMA)特性的UMAT材料子程序,并对SMA三维鼓包结构的热力学特性进行了有限元分析.结果表明:该子程序能够较好地描述SMA的超弹性和形状记忆效应特性;SMA三维鼓包结构能够产生较大的竖向挠度变形,并且鼓包大部分区域完成了马氏体逆相变,只在边界附近残留有部分马氏体相.
