对薄板坯连铸连轧低碳铝镇静钢中酸溶铝的作用进行了研究。研究结果显示,对于薄板坯连铸连轧流程生产的低碳铝镇静钢,当钢中酸溶铝的质量分数在0.005%~0.043%时,酸溶铝对热轧板材的晶粒度及力学性能没有明显影响,但是对热轧板材再加热时的晶粒长大却有明显影响,随钢中酸溶铝含量的增加,钢的晶粒粗化温度不断提高。因此对于那些不需要强调焊接性能的普通热轧钢板,w(Als)可以控制在0.01%左右;对于那些需要强调焊接性能和某些特殊性能的钢板将w(Als)控制在002%~004%比较合适。

The role of acidsoluble aluminum in aluminumkilled low carbon steel produced by TSCR is discussed. The results show that the acidsoluble aluminum has no distinct effect on the grain size and mechanical property of aluminumkilled low carbon steel plates produced by TSCR whose acidsoluble aluminum content is 0.005%0043%, but acidsoluble aluminum has obvious effect on the grain size of aluminumkilled low carbon steel plates produced by TSCR when reheated. The grain coarsening temperature is increased with the acidsoluble aluminum content. So it is concluded that the acidsoluble aluminum content can be controlled to about 0.01% to these steels which do not need to emphasize welding property, but to those steels which need to insist welding property and other special properties the acidsoluble aluminum content should be controlled to 0.02%0.04%.
