对薄板坯连铸连轧低碳铝镇静钢中酸溶铝的作用进行了研究。研究结果显示,对于薄板坯连铸连轧流程生产的低碳铝镇静钢,当钢中酸溶铝的质量分数在0.005%~0.043%时,酸溶铝对热轧板材的晶粒度及力学性能没有明显影响,但是对热轧板材再加热时的晶粒长大却有明显影响,随钢中酸溶铝含量的增加,钢的晶粒粗化温度不断提高。因此对于那些不需要强调焊接性能的普通热轧钢板,w(Als)可以控制在0.01%左右;对于那些需要强调焊接性能和某些特殊性能的钢板将w(Als)控制在002%~004%比较合适。
The role of acidsoluble aluminum in aluminumkilled low carbon steel produced by TSCR is discussed. The results show that the acidsoluble aluminum has no distinct effect on the grain size and mechanical property of aluminumkilled low carbon steel plates produced by TSCR whose acidsoluble aluminum content is 0.005%0043%, but acidsoluble aluminum has obvious effect on the grain size of aluminumkilled low carbon steel plates produced by TSCR when reheated. The grain coarsening temperature is increased with the acidsoluble aluminum content. So it is concluded that the acidsoluble aluminum content can be controlled to about 0.01% to these steels which do not need to emphasize welding property, but to those steels which need to insist welding property and other special properties the acidsoluble aluminum content should be controlled to 0.02%0.04%.
