通过快凝试验和电镜观察,对Al-Fe-V-Si合金中块状相的产生条件进行了分析.结果表明,合金中块状相产生的温度范围为1173-1103K,当熔体在该温度区间的冷却速度临界冷却速度,而快凝开始后的时形成块状相加微胞晶的快凝缺陷组织,当在整个快凝过程中时,则形成块状相加粗胞晶的快凝缺陷组织.
An analysis for the formation conditions of the massive phase in Al-Fe-V-Si alloy was carried out by RS tests and TEM observations. The results show. the temperature range in which the massive phase occurs in is 1173-1103 K. The mixed structure of massive phase and microcellular will occurs when the cooling rate of the melt (the critical cooling rate) in the above temperature range and the cooling rate after RS starting.And the mixed structure of massive phase and coarse cellular will occurs when during whole RS process.(Correspondent: CHEN Longqing, professor, Department of Material, Zhengzhou Institute of Technology,Zhengzhou 450002)
