以顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)、双环戊二烯和乙二醇为原料,采用水解法,通过控制双环戊二烯与乙二醇(DCPD/EG)的质量比和酯化阶段的中控粘度,合成了增稠双环戊二烯改性不饱和聚酯树脂。结果表明:当双环戊二烯与乙二醇的质量比为1∶0.815,酯化阶段的树脂粘度在125℃下达23 P时,合成的不饱和聚酯树脂具有优良的增稠性,采用该树脂制备的片状模塑料(SMC)具有优良的工艺性,压制的板材具有优良的力学性能和电气性能。

Using maleic anhydride, dicyclopentadiene and ethylene glycol as raw materials, a thickened un-saturated polyester resin modified by dicyclopentadiene was synthesized by hydrolysis method and controlling the mass ratio of dicyclopentadiene and ethylene glycol(DCPD/EG) and the viscosity of resin at esterification stage. The results indicate that when the mass ratio of DCPD and EG is 1∶0.815, the viscosity of the resin under 125℃ at esterification stage is 23 P, the synthesized resin has good thicken-ing property. The sheet molding compound(SMC) prepared by the resin show good procesibility, and its laminate has excellent mechanical properties and electrical properties.
