合成了新型多酰胺Gemini型缓蚀剂(OPDO),用失重法和电化学工作站研究了盐酸溶液中OPDO对Q235碳钢的缓蚀性能.结果表明,OPDO对碳钢具有优异的缓蚀作用,为混合型缓蚀剂,最大缓蚀率达到99%;对碳钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,吸附热力学参数表明OPDO对碳钢的吸附能力较强.同时考察了缓蚀剂浓度、溶液温度、盐酸浓度对碳钢腐蚀的影响.
