采用复合掠设计的两跨音转子在中径附近的气动损失比单纯的前掠转子要明显减弱,同时其等熵效率和失速裕度比原型转子分别相对提高了1%和5%~10%.与原型转子相比,两复合掠转子由于叶尖前缘附近载荷的降低使得由该区域产生的泄漏涡强度明显减弱,同时其吸力面附面层内低能流体在叶尖后半段的堆积也有所减少.两因素使复合掠转子在叶尖区域的气动损失和堵塞效应明显降低.此外在复合掠设计的基础上对掠转子的叶型几何做进一步优化后,使新转子的总体性能和结构强度又得到明显改善,尤其是失速裕度比原型转子相对提高了18%以上.

The use of composite sweep in highly loaded transonic rotors can remarkably attenuate the aerodynamic loss near mid-span region compared to the rotor with forward sweep.The predicted results also show that the relative increments of 1% in isentropic efficiency and 5%~10% in stall margin are obtained by composite sweep.The comparison between composite swept rotors and baseline rotor indicates that the tip leakage vortex near leading edge becomes weaker due to decreased aerodynamic loading,and a less accumulation of low-energy fluid on the tip suction side near trailing edge is observed by the numerical flow visualization.All of these flow characteristics in tip region of the composite swept rotors tend to decrease the aerodynamic loss and attenuate the blockage effect.And the overall performance and structural strength have been improved by blade geometry optimization based on the rotor with composite sweep.Especially,a relative increment of 18% in stall margin is attained for the improved rotor compared to the baseline rotor.
