为研究柠檬酸(CA)和乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)对钛合金微弧氧化膜性能的影响,在含有Ca,P元素的溶液中对钛合金进行微弧氧化处理,对添加配位剂前后陶瓷膜的化学成分、微观形貌、润湿性能和显微硬度进行了研究.结果表明,CA和EDTA-2Na均能促进微弧氧化膜中羟基磷灰石的形成,其中CA使氧化膜中Al的比例降低至2.7%;EDTA-2Na则促进CaTiO3的形成,并使氧化膜表面Ca/P原子百分比提高至1.83.加入上述两种配位剂后,微弧氧化膜均能保持良好的润湿性能.虽然加入配位剂后氧化膜的显微硬度有所下降,但仍接近Ti6Al4V合金基体硬度的2倍.
