以碳包覆磷酸铁锂为前驱体,磷酸二氢锂为矿化剂,采用水热法制备出纯相磷酸铁锂体单晶,单晶宏观呈类六棱柱形态.晶体由三个主要生长面(010)、(101)、(100)构成.对单晶结构进行分析,获得晶胞结构为D2h16,Pbnm空间群,其中a=1.03217 nm,b=0.60042 nm,c=0.46889 nm,α=β=γ=90°.LiFePO4晶体的拉曼图谱显示的三个强峰分别是949 cm-1,996 cm-1和1068 cm-1,可以作为区分磷酸铁的特征峰.
