以3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和三缩丙二醇双丙烯酸酯为原料,合成丙烯酸酯三乙氧基硅烷(APTP),再用溶胶-凝胶法对其水解缩合制备纳米SiO2/丙烯酸酯预聚物(HAPTP)。对合成产物进行了表征,研究了APTP缩合水解对涂料及其固化膜性能的影响。结果表明,APTP经水解缩合后,有纳米SiO2生成。和APTP涂料相比,在相同的紫外光辐照时间内,HAPTP涂料的C=C双键转化率稍有降低,但其固化膜初始热分解温度和残渣率提高,铅笔硬度从4 H提高到5H,磨耗降低了50%以上。

Nanosilica/acrylate prepolymer(HAPTP) was prepared by sol-gel of Michael addition product(APTP) synthesized from 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and tripropylene glycol diacrylate.The products were characterized and the effects of sol-gel of APTP on the properties of coatings and their films were studied.Result shows that nanosilica is produced after sol-gel of APTP.Compared to the coating with APTP,the conversion of C=C double bonds of coating with HTPAP was lower than the coating’s with APTP at the same UV curing time,but the thermal decomposition temperature and residue of cured film of coating with HAPTP increase,the pencil hardness increases from 4 H to 5 H and the mass loss reduces to more than 50% after abrasion resistance determination.
