用全三维刚塑性有限元法分析了2S-Al板坯立轧和随后平轧的稳定轧制过程.侧重分析了仅消除"狗骨"形状的随后平轧过程,并对不同立辊孔型侧壁斜度条件下的平轧轧制力、轧制力矩以及平轧后的断面形状进行了比较,所得计算结果与文献[1]的实验结果吻合较好.
