针对鞍钢股份炼钢总厂四工区2150ASP的管线钢产品易发生的表面质量问题,采用Gleeble1500试验机对该生产线连铸机浇注的管线钢X70铸坯进行了高温延塑性的测试,并对断口组织、形貌和断裂机制进行了分析。在生产实际中,根据该连铸机的具体工艺、设备条件,编制了连铸工艺模拟软件,对整个浇注过程中的铸坯温度场和固相分数进行计算,结合X70管线钢高温力学性能的测试结果,优化了连铸二次冷却制度,改善了管线钢铸坯的表面质量。

In this study,Gleeble1500 thermodynamic simulator was applied to test high temperature ductility characteristics of X70 pipeline steel produced by continuous casters in 2150ASP production line of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.Furthermore,the phase structure,topography and rupture mechanism were analyzed.In the practical practice,the continuous casting process simulation software which was developed according to this caster was used to calculate temperature filed and solid phase fraction.Base on the test results of pipeline steel,the cooling algorithm was optimized for guaranteeing surface quality of pipeline steel slab.
