采用弹塑性大变形热力耦合有限元法研究了板带热轧过程。应用有限元软件MARC的二次开发技术建立了板带轧制模型,重点分析了轧制过程和变形区中轧件的温度分布和温度变化过程,计算结果与实验结果比较符合。

The hot rolling of steel plate was studied with the aid of elastic-plastic and thermal-mechanical coupled FEM. Rolling model of steel plate was established through developing MARC. The special attention was paid to predict the temperature distribution and temperature history in the slab during rolling. Comparison of the calculated values with experimental data shows good agreements.
